Beautifully drawn overall design carpet with multicoloured hooked palmettes and floral panels surrounded by small rosettes and leafy tendrils. In soft rust border of similar design between pale blue and sandy-yellow arrowhead stripes. Outer plain guard stripe. Very good colour combination. This carpet has full pile, soft wool quality. Selvages original. Ends with short fringes, secured. In general, this carpet is in very good condition throughout. Very attractive and great furnishing piece.
