Very nicely drawn design with rows of small multicoloured rosettes around large shaded rust-red floral medallion with pendants. In floral cartouches, star-rosettes, cloud-bands and floral tendrils border between blue floral meander and barber-pole stripes. Apart of slight localized wear to the top pile, this rug has good pile, soft wool quality. Selvages original. Ends with short fringes, secured.
