Rug Description

The field with stylised ivory , medium-blue and light rust-red stylised linked chain lattice. Central roundel with bold flowerheads and angular leafy vine. Spandrels similar. In sandy-yellow border of Buddhist motifs and bold floral rounders between petal-seed, key-pattern and plai stripes.

Very good example for this type with we drawn design and good colour combination.

Bold appearance. This rug has slight localised west to the top pile in places, barely visible otherwise good pile. Bots Selvages and ends secured. In general this rug is in good usable condition. Attractive and very good furnishing piece.
