Classic for this type with bold appearance. The soft red field with large multicoloured open floral medallion surrounded by light blue frame border with similar design. In medium blue border of shaped and linked floral cartouches between plain stripes. Apart of light touches of slight wear one cord edge in one or two places, barely visible, this carpet has full pile, soft and lustrous wool. Selvages original. Ends with short fringes, secured.
