Rug Description
A fine large Kirman carpet, South Persia
The sandy-beige field with overall design of multicolored floral boteh motifs together with various floral motifs. In similar design border between floral and plain stripes. Very nicely drawn design, more associated with rug size pieces. This carpet has full pile, soft and lustrous wool quality. Very good colour combination. Ends with short fringes, secured. Selvage’s original. In general, this carpet is in very good condition throughout. Elegant and great furnishing piece.
