A finely woven antique Tekke Chuval (storage bag face), measuring 30 × 92 cm,dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. This striking piece features the classic ele göl motif repeated across a rich crimson red field, framed by intricate borders and adorned with traditional geometric devices. Originally used by Turkmen nomads for storing household items or bedding, chuvals like this one reflect the deep tribal heritage of the Tekke people. The use of natural dyes, bold ivory and black accents, and original wool tassels at the bottom edge give this piece both authenticity and character.
