Rug Description

This is an antique Tibetan mat rug woven during the first quarter of the 20^th-century circle 1920 and measures 80 x 66CM in size. its field is made using a lattice design accompanied with repeating abstract snowflake motifs set on a dark blue background color. its border is made using the Greek key design which can be found in Chinese textiles set on a deep red background color which creates color contrast against the blue colored field. this piece has been preserved in overall excellent condition and is ready and enjoyed for decades to come
