Rug Description

The charcoal-black field with light blue octagon lattice containing polychrome angular panels and floral motifs with checkered motifs all linked by Z-motif yellow squares. In double stylised multicoloured running-dog border between angular vine and plain stripes.

Very good example for this type. Colours and well balanced and well drawn design. This rug has very slightly corroded black. Touches of wear to the top pile due to age and use. Ends wit short fringes secured. Selvages rebound, very well done. In general this rug is in very good usable condition. Elegant and very attractive piece.
