Rug Description

This is a semi-antique European rug woven circa 1940 and measures 267 x 262CM in size. This carpet has a highly unique pictorial design with three interconnected circles in the field each width a unique element of the European culture. The main border is decorated with a blossoming fruit tree branch design extending to each of the corners of the rug. The outermost border is extremely unique and has the appearance of being a color palate with squares of many different colors. This rug has been preserved in full-pile perfect condition and is ready to be added to any modern or classical setting.

At Mollaian srl we try to do our best, giving a new life to some of antique rugs with minor problems, that may have affected by age. So, apart from what is visible on the presented photos, it should be noted that the rugs are professionally cleaned, and where necessary, the Selvages/Sides and Ends/Fringes have been secured.
