Rug Description

Special carpet knotted by extraordinary talented artist Zeki Müren in the 1950s.
His artistic style is not limited to one specific field but extended to wide variety of different fields.
From classical and contemporary music, to poetry and acting.
Furthermore he specialized in Decorative arts in Istanbul from 1950 to 1953.
This amazing and mesmerizing work taking inspiration from both the art deco movement and the genius mind of zeki.
This contemporary carpet is incredible.


At Mollaian srl we try to do our best, giving a new life to some of antique rugs with minor problems, that may have affected by age. So, apart from what is visible on the presented photos, it should be noted that the rugs are professionally cleaned, and where necessary, the Selvages/Sides and Ends/Fringes have been secured. Upon request, we can provide a complete condition report (including any retouch performed by our restoration team), if it is not already presented down below.
