Rug Description
This is a semi-antique Swedish “Rya” rug woven circa 1920 – 1950 and measures 228 x 170 CM in size. Its all-over field design is comprised of nine columns of repeating ellipse-shaped motifs and uses different shades of yellow, brown, and black to create its design. This carpet has a highly contemporary and modern design which is extremely sought after by both designers and interior decorators alike. This rug is in full pile-perfect condition and is ready to be used and enjoyed for many years to come.
At Mollaian srl we try to do our best, giving a new life to some of antique rugs with minor problems, that may have affected by age. So, apart from what is visible on the presented photos, it should be noted that the rugs are professionally cleaned, and where necessary, the Selvages/Sides and Ends/Fringes have been secured. Upon request, we can provide a complete condition report (including any retouch performed by our restoration team), if it is not already presented down below.
