Rug Description

This is an antique German Tetex runner woven circa 1920 and measures 740 x 100CM in size. This rug’s design is inspired by the Karajah rug woven in Northwest Persia and its geometric design makes them extremely desirable by designers and collectors alike. This rug has an extremely diverse and attractive color palette, and its design makes use of alternating large-scale palmettes set on a midnight blue background color. This rock has been preserved and full pile perfect condition and has been professionally washed.

So, apart from what is visible on the presented photos, it should be noted that the rugs are professionally cleaned, and where necessary, the Selvages/Sides and Ends/Fringes have been secured.
