Rug Description
Karabag antique rugs have the oldest and most diverse patterns among Caucasian rugs. The beauty and uniqueness of these carpets is due to the cultural fusion and old traditions that have strongly influenced the design and pattern of these carpets. The design of these carpets is sometimes woven from a pattern or even taken from the inspiration and imagination of the weaver. The result is before your eyes, let me point out to you the elegance of the medallion and bold geometric design of this rug. This rug is in a very good usable condition and ready to be used or to be added to any valuable collections.
At Mollaian srl we try to do our best, giving a new life to some of antique rugs with minor problems, that may have affected by age. So, apart from what is visible on the presented photos, it should be noted that the rugs are professionally cleaned, and where necessary, the Selvages/Sides and Ends/Fringes have been secured. Upon request, we can provide a complete condition report (including any retouch performed by our restoration team), if it is not already presented down below.
