Rug Description

This is a vintage Swedish rye rug woven circa 1950 – 1970 and measures 172 x 116 CM in size. This rug utilizes a unique uniform matrix design set on a cream-colored background. the matrix design is made with gray lines crisscrossing from one side of the rug to the other. In the outer border of the rug, specific areas utilize a darker gray wool color to create what would look like a finishing border design. This rug retains its full long shaggy pile and is ready to be used and enjoyed for many more years to come.
