An antique Sarouk Farahan rug, west Persia Deep indigo field with overal design of bold multicoloured flower heads, stylised floral bouquets and delicate angular floral vine. In an ivory angular floral mender between running-dog and linked chain stripes. Apart of light touches of wear to the top pile in few small places, barely visible, this rig has good Pole. Selvages original ends with original fringes, touches of fraying, secured though. In general l, this unusual design rug is in very good usable condition. Attractive and elegant piece.
