Rug Description
The soft light brown field with overall design of delicate angular floral and cloud-band design. In light apricot and pale green open floral border. Outer plain stripe.
Unusual size colours, possibly woven on commission. Design is well drawn. This carpet as small old repairs and dot like west in places. Selvages end original. In general this carpet in in good usable condition despite small imperfections and is a good furnishing piece.
At Mollaian srl we try to do our best, giving a new life to some of antique rugs with minor problems, that may have affected by age. So, apart from what is visible on the presented photos, it should be noted that the rugs are professionally cleaned, and where necessary, the Selvages/Sides and Ends/Fringes have been secured.
