Antique Chinese Peking Rug, 1920-1950. A small Chinese decorative rug with warm tones and well-combined patterns. The peculiarity of this Beijing carpet lies in the definition of the border which follows a curvilinear trend at the corners and in the tone-on-tone floral decorations that fill the background among the rich, soft and colorful floral decorations that develop from the base of the vases that support them. A delicious carpet that embodies the mastery and ability of Chinese weavers in developing designs and contrasts even on small-sized products. Excellent state of preservation.
