Its design is centered around a man that is holding traditional Chinese talismans within a cloud band and is surrounded by trees with protruding large-scale floral motifs and other traditional Chinese motifs such as frogs, bats, and clouds.

Textile Description
This is a small antique Chinese textile silk woven during the beginning of the 20th century circa 1900 and measures 50 x 47CM in size. Its design is centered around a man that is holding traditional Chinese talismans within a cloud band and is surrounded by trees with protruding large-scale floral motifs and other traditional Chinese motifs such as frogs, bats, and clouds. At the bottom of the textile are two boats floating on top of clouds carrying one man towards the back of the boat and different types of traditional Chinese trees in the front. At Mollaian srl we try to do our best, giving a new life to some of antique rugs with minor problems, that may have affected by age.
