Kilim Description
This is a rare antique Qashqai kilim woven in Southwest Persia circa 1900. It has a rare green background color with a minimalistic center medallion sitting on an open field design. Its yellow border with polychrome puzzle piece motifs creates a dramatic impact on the viewer. The abrash in the field is a highlighted feature that makes this kilim a true masterpiece. This kilim has all-natural colors and is made using 100% hand-spun wool.
It is in perfect condition with its original long tassels and traditional Qashqai finish. This kilim has been cleaned and is ready to be added to any collection.
