Rug Description
This is an antique European carpet woven during the beginning of the 20th century circa 1920’s and measures 300 x 160CM in size. It has an all-over field design with repeating abstract motifs spread throughout the rug set on a red background color. The border is made using the same motifs but set on a lighter red background color. Even though this carpet has a simplistic design its visual impact is quite impressive. This piece is in excellent condition and has retained all its original full pile and has recently been professionally washed making it ready to be used and enjoyed.
